ABOUT CONNECT WIRELESS

Connect Wireless was founded in 2002 with one goal in mind: To become a company that works for the success of its team members so that its team members will work for the success of the company. Over the past 14 years, we have grown from one retail location in Boise, Idaho to over 75  locations in Washington, Oregon, Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, New Mexico and Minnesota.

Throughout our history, we have continually set the industry standard by making the customer our #1 priority. We combine personal accountability and team unity to create a culture that delivers an unrivaled customer experience.

EXECUTIVE TEAM


Dave Stearns
(Founder and Chief Executive Officer)

Dave is a Co-Founder of Connect Wireless and currently serves as the company's Chief Executive Officer. He provides the strategic direction of the company and is responsible for overseeing the development of Connects goals. Creating and maintaining a team culture that can achieve all company objectives is his driving passion.

Dave graduated from Boise State University with a BS in International Relations. After graduation Stearns has used his entrepreneurial vision to create and purchase an array of different companies through the years. He is married to his wife Kristi and has two children, Siena and Brody. In his spare time you can find him on the golf course or traveling.

Chad Disney
(Chief Operating Officer)

Chad recently joined the Connect Wireless team as the Chief Operating Officer after a notable 15 year career with AT&T Corporate. During his time with AT&T, he held various leadership positions within the retail channel, and most recently was in a role partnering with National Authorized Retailers. Chad holds a B.S. in Business Management with a focus in Administration from Western Governors University. He is passionate about driving success in all areas of the business through proper coaching and the development of team members. Chad enjoys volunteering for various organizations, in addition to doing outdoor activities with his family all year round. 


Jade Wells
(Sr. Vice President - Operations)

Jade joined Connect Wireless in 2004 to assist in the company’s new expansion into Colorado.  Under his leadership Connect has grown from three locations to over 70 and has become a premier leader of wireless in the Western Market.

Jade has been instrumental in establishing Policies, Procedures, Sales and Training over the past nine years and has served as a Manager, Regional Director, Director of Sales and Vice President.  In November of 2016 Jade became the Sr. Vice President of Operations for Connect Wireless.  Jade attended Boise State University and Armstrong Atlantic University where he earned a BS in Health & Education; he also earned a Masters of Education from Georgia Southern University in 1996. 


Jeff Camalick
(Vice President - Sales)

Jeff joined the Connect team in 2009 as a Retail Sales Manager in Thornton, Colorado. Since then, Jeff has quickly advanced holding the positions of Regional Trainer, Regional Manager of Colorado, Regional Director of Idaho and Director of Sales. In his present role Jeff is responsible for inspiring, motivating and educating the entire sales team along with monitoring daily execution of the Connect Sales Path.

Jeff earned a B.A. in Communications from Regis University in 2003. Jeff's resume includes over a decade of retail management and sales experience. In his leisure time you can find Jeff on the golf course, reading, volunteering with charitable organizations or at the movie theatre with his wife, Christina.


MARKET DIRECTORS


Ryan Mikelson
(Market Director - Pacific Northwest)

Ryan joined Connect Wireless in March of 2011 as a Sales Representative in Boise, Idaho. After being promoted to Retail Sales Manager, Ryan reached targets a record 13 times in a row. Since then, Mikelson has held the title of Regional Sales Manager for Idaho before his promotion to Idaho and Eastern Washington Market Director. Ryan’s top priority is to oversee all sales related aspects of the Pacific Northwest (Washington and Oregon) Market.

Before joining Connect, Ryan attended Boise State University, and had five years of wireless experience. Ryan's hobbies include golfing, cars, and spending time with friends and family.


Travis Henning
(Market Director - Rocky Mountain)

Travis started with Connect Wireless in 2006 as a Sales Representative at our Greeley, Colorado location. From 2007 to 2010, Henning won Salesman of the Year honors twice and was promoted to Retail Sales Manager. From 2010 to 2012, Henning served as the Colorado Regional Sales Manager, before assuming his current role as Colorado Market  Director. Travis is responsible for overseeing all sales-related aspects of the Rocky Mountain (Colorado and Idaho) and Southwest (Arizona and New Mexico) markets.

Travis resides in Northern Colorado with his fiancée, Cristina. Henning plays on a semi pro basketball team, golfs regularly and participates in recreational sports teams as well.

Travis Vande Hey
(Market Director - Southwest)

Travis joins the Connect Wireless team as the Market Director for our Southwest market. Travis has over 15 years in the wireless retail business where he most recently started, and sold his own wireless company. His passion for building teams and the development of leaders has been the driving force of his success in wireless. In his role, Travis will oversee the sales, and operational execution for Arizona and New Mexico.

Travis attended college at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside where he studied Business and played golf. Travis resides in Phoenix, Arizona where he is married to his wife Katherine, and has two children, Mason and Lily. When not spending time with his family, Travis enjoys being around the game of golf. He also enjoys reading, and traveling as much as possible.


Jack Anderson
(Director of Business Development)

Jack started with Connect Wireless in December of 2011 as a Sales Representative at our Fairview location in Meridian, Idaho. Jack brought years of door to door sales, a positive attitude and tenacity; the likes of which we rarely see. Throughout 2012 and 2013 Jack held multiple positions including Manager of our Eagle location, Manager of our Fairview location and Regional Sales Manager of Idaho. In February of 2014 Jack was promoted to the Regional Sales Director of Washington West where he opened 5 new AT&T white space locations over the course of 1 year. In February of 2015, Jack relocated back to Boise, ID where he took on his previous position as Area Manager of Idaho. Over the course of the next year Jack led his Idaho team to the #1 Area in the company where he earned a spot in the 2015 Connect Wireless Presidents Club. In February of 2016, Jack was promoted to his current role as Director of Business Development. Jack is responsible for overseeing all Small Business related aspects of Connect Wireless.

Jack resides in Meridian, ID where he spends a majority of his free time in the Idaho outdoors with his friends and family. His hobbies include fishing, hunting, camping, boating and golfing.
