Descriptions:
Store Manager: The selected
candidate will be responsible for leadership and managements
of a retail store location(s). The position directs daily
activities of store associates and store operations. The
selected candidate also performs a variety of management
functions /marketing activities and completing human resources/
staffing responsibilities.
Assistant Manager: The selected candidate
will be responsible for assisting in the sales and management
of a retail store location(s). The position is sales focused
but also assists in the daily activities of store operations
at the direction of the Manager. The selected candidate
also performs a variety of functions including: achieving
store productivity/financial targets, planning and executing
promotional/ marketing activities and completing human resources/
staffing responsibilities
Sales Representative: Responsible for identifying
and satisfying customers needs via products and services
through the retail stores.
